Kara's Make-Over at the Cabinet Salon Toronto

Personal branding is not just for businesses.

The talented Renae, Alyssa and I got together to give a deserving woman a day she will never forget! As women, we don't often spend much time on ourselves when we are so busy taking care of everybody else. Together the three of us decided to give a lovely lady a serious pick-me-up! Kara was surprised by her good friend Jessica with a makeover and photo session. How Jessica kept everything a surprise until Kara walked into the salon is beyond me, but when Jessica and Kara walked into the salon and we explained what was going to happen for her today she was floored! The transformation began!

It had been a long time since Kara had a hair cut so this was just beyond her wildest dreams!

The morning was relaxed and fun as we chatted away and found out more about her! Kara told us stories about how her friends in high school used to have fun doing her hair and make-up because she wasn't sure how to do it herself!

I love to capture a few shots during the process and I especially love the reveal! We had a lot of fun making Kara feel like a supermodel!

"It seemed like what would be a regular Sunday with a special friend, would actually be a day that I will never forget. I had no idea what was in store for me on this particular Sunday.
I was greeted by Jenn and Renae and later to meet Alyssa. These incredible women made me feel on top of the world.
I am a full time working mom. Always putting everyone else's needs ahead of my own. It felt so great to have a 'ME' day.
Thank you for making me feel and look beautiful. You ladies went above and beyond making this day extra special.
