A Mississauga Fitness Trainer's Brand Photo Session

I've always said that a picture is worth a thousand words, and when I met Mo her image was dark and moody. As a fitness trainer and bodybuilder, she is one tough cookie, but she also has a side to her that is fun, goofy, and lighthearted. She wants the best for her clients and isn't afraid to push them like she pushes herself.

When she approached me for new brand photos I asked her what the most important thing to her was and she said she didn't want to be viewed as intimidating. She was looking at showing her clients what a healthy lifestyle looked like so we took her session outside.

Mo wants to help people transform their lives and to do that you have to push past what's comfortable. You need to visualize what you want and go after it. You have to work out when the gym is closed. You need to get fresh air even when it's hot, cold or rainy.
