“The T-shirt is my favourite. The message is so important to me; I practice showing up with kindness over judgment every day. It is much easier to judge than to be kind and curious. We grow up judging and being judged. Shifting from judgment to kindness and curiosity is freeing. I am lighter and more positive, creating space to believe that something more than what I can see today is possible., creating space to believe that something other than what is present today is possible.”
