Maria Howlett sharing her Bad Ass Vibes

I've known Maria for several years now, when her Feel Sexy Over 40 brand was just an idea.

We did her first brand photo session in 2018 with a focus on the idea of fitness and beauty as we age.

Fast forward 3 years and she's redefined her business to feeling your best through the aging process and focusing on the issues that women deal with from their changing bodies to their changing hormones to changing lifestyles by creating a safe space for them to explore and discuss topics that are important to them.

When you land on her homepage she states:

"My mission is to redefine the mindset of aging."

Maria is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer, a personal trainer, a nutrition coach and a cheerleader for women over 40. In her words:

"My goal is to inspire and encourage women over 40 to look after their physical, mental and emotional health.

I used to provide in person individual and small group training but that all changed with the lockdown. I now moved over to online training which provides safety and the opportunity to those ladies who don't feel confident to go to a gym or have no access due to the vaccination requirements."

Of course, I had to ask her what she loved most about her brand photo session.

"Jenn understands me and what I want to convey with the pictures so well that I trust her immensely and she delivers every time. This was my second round of creating branding images with her and I am beyond happy with the pictures I received.

She makes me feel like the most important, most beautiful princess in the whole universe. The entire time I was smiling, the hours went by and I barely noticed because the time just flowed effortlessly.

And the pictures are, of course, stunning, all I get is piles of compliments."
